La empresa francesa, Ubisoft, lanzó un comunicado donde publica una lista de juegos “viejos” que no tendrán más servicio en línea y aclara que algunos estaban en esa lista por “error”. Enterate cuáles son, ¡acá!
El tiempo pasa y Ubisoft parece apoyarse en ese factor para anunciar un listado de entregas que no contarán con la posibilidad de jugarse online. La mayoría de títulos listados incluía sagas tales como Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Rayman y Rainbox Six. Los términos establecidos varían entre PC y consolas. Pero no todo es tan extremo, ya que Ubisoft nos aclaró via email que varios juegos entraron en esta lista “por error” y que seguirán teniendo soporte en línea.
Especificamente, la empresa nos comentó que: “Anno 2070, Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed 3, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, Driver San Francisco, Far Cry 3, Silent Hunter 5 y Splinter Cell Blacklist) se desconectaron para un breve mantenimiento y los servicios se han restaurado”
A pesar de esta aclaración, si hay juegos que vale destacar que se quedarán sin funciones online. Los usuarios igualmente podrán disfrutar de ellos vía offline. Con respecto a las diferencias entre plataformas, la misma se centra en el ULC (Unlockable content o contenido desbloqueable), el cual permanecerá habilitado en consolas, pero no más en PC.
Sumado a esto, Ubisoft aclaró que los jugadores de consolas que reinicien sus partidas, también quedarán excluidos del ULC, asique tengan cuidado con eso. Por el lado de las recompensas, todas seguirán disponibles para desbloquear, sin embargo las obtendrán luego, ya que no se podrá reclamar in-game.
Los Units son una especie de moneda o token exclusivo de Ubisoft que se ganan a través de desafíos, para posteriormente canjearlos. Lamentablemente, dicho método para obtenerlos queda deshabilitado con las nuevas implementaciones.
