Oscars 2026: el récord de Sinners y todas las nominaciones a los premios de la Academia

Llegaron los nominados a los Oscars 2026 y hay un nuevo récord: Sinners es la película con más nominaciones a los premios de la Academia de la historia. Conocé a los candidatos a llevarse la estatuilla ¡acá!

Se hicieron esperar pero finalmente llegaron los nominados a la 98ª edición de los Oscar 2026. Entre los candidatos a llevarse el ansiado Premio de la Academia se destacó Sinners de Ryan Coogler con 16 nominaciones, la mayor cantidad para cualquier película en la historia, superando el récord anterior de 14 compartido por All About Eve (1950), Titanic (1997) y La La Land (2016). 

En los casi 20 minutos que duró el anuncio de las nominaciones, presentado por Danielle Brooks y Lewis Pullman, Sinners batió un récord histórico al decir presente en las categorías de Mejor Película, Mejor Actor (Michael B. Jordan), Mejor Actriz y Actor de Reparto (Wunmi Mosaku y Delroy Lindo), Mejor Director y Guion Original (Ryan Coogler), Banda Sonora y Canción original (“I Lied To You”), Cinematografía, Diseño de Producción, Sonido, Edición, Efectos Visuales, Mejor Diseño de Vestuario, Mejor Maquillaje y Peluquería y Casting.

Si bien con esto ya se posiciona como una gran candidata a llevarse más de un Oscar, Sinners todavía tiene que ganarle a otra de las favoritas: One Battle After Another de Paul Thomas Anderson con 13 nominaciones. Esta aclamada entrega viene de ganar los premios a mejor película en los Critics Choice y los Golden Globes.
